About the Recipe

I originally found a similar recipe on TikTok and decided to make a Keto version of my own. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken (About 2 Cups)

  • 16 Ounce Cottage Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup of Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

  • Italian Seasoning to Your Taste

  • Garlic Powder to Your Taste

  • Hot Pepper Flakes (Optional)

  • Fresh Mozzarella (Pre-sliced Optional)

  • Parm Cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except parm chees and fresh mozzarella in a safe dish for your air fryer. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes. Top w/ slices of fresh mozzarella and sprinkel w/ parm cheese plus preferred amount of Italian seasoning. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.


Alternative Option: Bake in pre-heated oven 350 degrees until cheese is brown and bubbly.
