About the Recipe
I originally found a similar recipe on TikTok and decided to make a Keto version of my own. I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
1 Rotisserie Chicken (About 2 Cups)
16 Ounce Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup of Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Italian Seasoning to Your Taste
Garlic Powder to Your Taste
Hot Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Fresh Mozzarella (Pre-sliced Optional)
Parm Cheese
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except parm chees and fresh mozzarella in a safe dish for your air fryer. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes. Top w/ slices of fresh mozzarella and sprinkel w/ parm cheese plus preferred amount of Italian seasoning. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Alternative Option: Bake in pre-heated oven 350 degrees until cheese is brown and bubbly.
