If you want a quick, protein filled, delicious meal for yourself or the whole family, make this one tonight! This is 1 serving, so you will need to adjust for more people!

Ingredients
1 serving of Real Good chicken nuggets/chunks/strips-air fried (use what protein you like the most)
2 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup pizza sauce (or marinara, spaghetti sauce, etc.)
1 serving of cooked quinoa
1 TBSP parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In an oven safe single service glass dish, layer the quinoa, chicken, sliced provolone and pizza sauce
Bake for 15-20 minutes or desired hotness/meltiness
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top
