About the Recipe

If you want a quick, protein filled, delicious meal for yourself or the whole family, make this one tonight! This is 1 serving, so you will need to adjust for more people!

Ingredients

1 serving of Real Good chicken nuggets/chunks/strips-air fried (use what protein you like the most)

2 slices of provolone cheese

1/4 cup pizza sauce (or marinara, spaghetti sauce, etc.)

1 serving of cooked quinoa

1 TBSP parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In an oven safe single service glass dish, layer the quinoa, chicken, sliced provolone and pizza sauce

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or desired hotness/meltiness

  4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top

  5. Enjoy! 43 grams of protein the way I made it
