Our Amazing Keto "Popcorn"!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Sliced Pork Belly

  • Seasoning of Your Choice

Preparation

  1. Slice Pork Belly Longways In Half (Each Slice)

  2. Chop Into Small Pieces

  3. Cook in Large Skillet on Medium-High Heat Until Desired Crunchiness (Up to at Least 30 Minutes)

  4. Stir Frequently

  5. Drain onto a Plate w/ a Couple of Paper Towels.

  6. Season Immediately!
