Ingredients
1 Lb. Sliced Pork Belly
Seasoning of Your Choice
Preparation
Slice Pork Belly Longways In Half (Each Slice)
Chop Into Small Pieces
Cook in Large Skillet on Medium-High Heat Until Desired Crunchiness (Up to at Least 30 Minutes)
Stir Frequently
Drain onto a Plate w/ a Couple of Paper Towels.
Season Immediately!
