About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Almond Flour

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

-Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (Optional)

Preparation

Add baking powder to almond flour, mix well, set aside.

Blend cottage cheese with egg until smooth & add to almond flour

Spray donut mold w/ non-stick spray

Separate mixture evenly into 5 of the molds & sprinkle seasoning on top if desired.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool before moving to wire rack to cool completely.
