About the Recipe
This meal was adapted from a cave-man chili we made in the original beginnings of Mission Keto. I've made my own version over the years replacing beans with hot dogs.
Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Beef (Cooked & Drained)
1 Lb. Ground Pork (Cooked & Drained)]
1 Lb. Bacon (Chopped & Cooked)
1 Packet of Chili Seasoning
2 Ten Ounce Cans of Rotel
1 Package of Hot Dogs
1/2 White Onion (Chopped)
1/2 Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Six Ounce Can of Tomato Paste
Preparation
Cook and drain the ground beef
Cook and drain the ground pork
Cook and chop the bacon
Chop the white onion
Chop the Green Bell Pepper
Once all of the above has been completed, add all ingredients into your slow cooker and mix all of the ingredients together until well blended.
Cook in slow cooker on medium-high for 8 hours
You can top w/ Jalapeno Peppers, Cheese, and Sour Cream. Enjoy!
