About the Recipe

A Tasty Keto Enchilada That You Can't Pass Up!


  1. 10 plain Egglife wraps

  2. 1 pound of ground beef

  3. 1 taco seasoning packet (I used Siete Brand)

  4. 1 to 2 jars of enchilada sauce (I used Siete Brand)

  5. 12 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese

Optional Items: Sour Cream (Good Culture), Siete Creamy Jalapeno Sauce, other delicious toppings that you choose!


-Cook ground beef (drain if too much fat)

-Add taco seasoning, water per packet, a little enchilada sauce, and a handful of cheddar cheese into the ground beef until cheese is melted.

-Let meat mixture cool

-While meat is cooling, pour some enchilada sauce into a 9x13 pan covering the bottom

-Pour some enchilada sauce onto a plate and dip a wrap in the sauce (both sides) then fill the wrap with a scoop or two of the meat mixture, roll it up, put in a pan.

-Continue until all wraps are completed.

-Pour remaining sauce over the top of the enchiladas and cover with remaining cheese

-Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

-Top with favorite toppings and enjoy!
