Ingredients
1 Egglife wrap
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese (Shredded)
2 slices of provolone cheese
3 to 5 meatballs
Pizza sauce or Marinara
Parmesan Cheese
Oregano (optional)
Preparation
Cook meatballs in sauce and set aside
Using a non-stick skillet, add mozzarella to hot skillet-cook until melted & browning (add oregano if you like).
Lay 1 Egglife Wrap on cheese
Lay 2 slices of provolone on wrap
Lay meatballs with desired amount of sauce on top
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top
Once bottom cheese is to desired brownness, fold wrap over.
